You may have heard of Nikola Tesla, the famous inventor. But what do you know about his theories on the numbers three, six, and nine? Who Was Nikola Tesla?
Nikola Tesla was a Serbian-American inventor, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, physicist, and futurist who lived in the 19th and 20th centuries.
He was known for his contributions to the design of the modern alternating current (AC) electrical supply system. He is credited with developing the alternating current electrical supply system, as well as radio technology. Many of his inventions were patented by other inventors, including Thomas Edison — his rival who was also a prolific inventor.
The three, six, and nine have been around for quite some time now. It’s believed that these numbers relate to energy levels or dimensions in physical space-time because they are found everywhere, from ancient Greek architecture all the way to modern mathematics.
According to Tesla, there are three types of energy: potential (or stored) energy, kinetic (or movement) energy, and radiant (or light/heat) energy. Tesla believed that the number three was very important in relation to these different forms of energy.
He also studied vibrations — how things vibrate at different frequencies — and how this contributes to our understanding of sound or music as well as electromagnetism on Earth. We call these oscillations by the unit Hertz (Hz). One Hz is one vibration per second.
